Silvia Marabeti

Silvia has over ten years experience in Human Resources with provincial government, banking and professional service firm environments. In her previous role as a Chief Human Resources Officer she was responsible for the strategic planning as well as the overall direction of all Human Resources activities within a large professional services firm.  Silvia provides leadership in the development and implementation of sound people management practices; as well as coaching management activities in areas such as performance management, employee development, compensation, employee relations, organizational design, and change management.  A 2005 MBA graduate from Royal Roads University, Silvia recently graduated from York University’s Masters in HR Management program and currently serves on the alumni committee.

Tara is a Human Resources Executive with a CHRP and MBA coupled with over 12 years progressive and diverse experience in the technology, healthcare and entertainment industries.  As Vice President, Human Resources for a Technology organization, she oversees functions that support a broad base of employees from coast-to-coast encompassing executives through to sales, operations and technical professionals.  As a member of the Leadership Team, she supports and influences executive stakeholders in order to create and gain credibility for HR strategies that positively impact business imperatives.
